A green tea with the taste of saffron.

Instructions for preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Place the tea leaves and saffron in a large teapot.
Pour over the boiling water and leave for a few minutes.
Then strain the liquid and pour it into tea cups.
Add sugar as desired.
Serve with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge. To make it healthier, add a teaspoon of honey.
